Allyssa is self-driven and takes the initiative to oversee the firm’s day-to-day needs to provide a productive work environment for her colleagues. She works closely with the COO and CFO to maintain a comfortable, yet professional atmosphere for everyone in the office. Her ability to navigate obstacles that arise gives her the opportunity to prioritize and handle an array of essential tasks.
