Caroline has a decade of experience representing corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes. She has built a national practice advising clients on maximizing recovery under a wide range of insurance products, including commercial general liability (CGL), directors and officers (D&O), professional liability (E&O), first-party property, cargo, and crime policies.

Caroline has extensive experience guiding clients through every stage of the recovery process—from policy analysis and notice of claims to negotiations with insurers and full-scale litigation in state and federal courts. She regularly helps businesses secure coverage for high-exposure claims involving catastrophic losses, business interruption, professional liability, regulatory investigations, and cybersecurity incidents.

Her clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized businesses across industries, including manufacturing, financial services, technology, construction, and energy.  Caroline is known for her practical, business-minded approach, her deep knowledge of policy language and insurer tactics, and her commitment to securing results for her clients – efficiently and effectively.

In addition to her advocacy work, Caroline frequently collaborates with corporate legal departments and risk managers to evaluate insurance portfolios, develop claims strategies, and mitigate coverage risks.
